Shipping Policy
All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post using their express post service.
If an order exceeds the value of $100 it is automatically insured with Australia Post.
Most domestic orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and will take another 1-3 business days to be delivered within metropolitan areas.
Most rural areas of Australia could take an additional 1-2 business days to be delivered
All orders to New Zealand are sent via Australia Post standard post service.

Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, I do not offer any returns if you have changed your mind about a product.
If a product is damaged during shipping, I will make the decision to refund or replace the product depending on availability.
If a product has manufacturing defects or fails due to unseen defects I will refund or replace said product.
